Topological Shape Optimization Design of the Whole Bead of 265/35R18 Steel-Belted Radial Tire

چکیده

The tire bead, as the most important load-bearing component at bead area, is closely related to durability of tire, but its structure developing slowly. For this reason, topological whole design was proposed, although it performs well, many defects existed due based on traditional experience. Therefore, paper studies topology shape optimization algorithm, delves into main criterion von Mises and interlaminar shear stress, provides guidance for structurally optimal 265/35R18 radial bead. finite element simulation results show that inner end chafer carcass cord are reduced by 14.48% 24.12%, respectively. stress decreased 28.96% 49.51%, 13.17% 40.36% 7.71% 20.51%, great significance further improve safety performance tires.
